Hall, Kistler continues to keep our clients and staff safe during Tax season and the pandemic by adjusting how we do business.

Most of the HK staff are working from home, but we are keeping a skeleton crew in the office with a receptionist at the front desk should you need to come in. However, ALL staff are available by phone, email, Zoom, etc.

If we need to meet for a face-to-face meeting, masks are required in our building, the hallways, and the conference rooms of our office. New this year, Hall Kistler will be using a secured electronic delivery of your returns via SafeSend instead of mailing or meeting in person. Click HERE to learn more about this process.

We encourage you to continue to send in your tax information by submitting it through our secure Client Portal (most efficient way) or by USPS or FedEx to our office.

Continue to submit 1065 and 1120S before March 15, 2021, and 1120, 1040, and 1041 before the April 15, 2021 deadlines.

Please be advised that the building administrators have decided the doors to the building will be locked for safety reasons on the weekends. If you choose to come to our office on a Saturday, please email us or call to let us know that you are coming to drop off your taxes. We will make arrangements to meet you by the door or in the parking lot.

We are committed to serving you with exceptional service and with as little disruption as possible. We will continue to keep you informed as we adjust our policies and business practices as needed. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
