Keith A. Arner, CPA, CVA
PartnerKeith@hallkistler.comKeith is a general practice Partner and has been at Hall, Kistler since June 2002. Prior to that, he was with a local accounting firm for thirteen years. He is skilled in providing auditing, tax and accounting services for closely held and publicly held companies, as well as business valuation and litigation consulting services. He has experience with oil and gas, manufacturing, mining and landfill operations, construction, wholesale and retail, service industries and the healthcare industry. He also has experience in management advisory services including acquisitions and sales of businesses and provides assistance to controllers for various accounting software packages. Keith has been designated a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. The CVA designation is the premier accreditation for CPAs who provide business valuation and litigation consulting services. Keith earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting from The University of Akron. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), the Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies – Appalachia and the Ohio Oil and Gas Association. Keith was recognized by Stark County’s young professionals group, YStark! as one of Stark County’s Twenty Under 40! This award recognizes Stark County’s young leaders who are committed to making a difference in our community. He is a member of the 22nd Class of Leadership Stark County and is currently serving on the Board of Trustees. Keith has also served as a member of the Professional Division for the Cultural Center for the Arts Campaign and the Aultcare Enrollee Advisory Committee. He is an active member of his church, where he volunteers on several boards including the finance committee and is past chairman. |
