Keith Arner CPA, CVA

Managing Partner

Keith is the managing partner at Hall, Kistler, with more than 30 years of auditing, tax, and accounting expertise for closely held and publicly held companies. He leads the firm’s Oil and Gas Niche and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

In the community, Keith has been recognized for his contributions by Stark County’s young professional group (YStark!). He was also selected for Stark County’s Twenty Under 40, an award that acknowledges leaders committed to making a difference in the lives of others. Keith also serves on TomTod Ideas and Little Leopards Youth Football boards and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Ohio Oil and Gas Association.

On Saturdays in the fall you can find Keith and his wife at Nippert Stadium watching their daughter twirling for the Cincinnati Bearcats. His family also enjoys hiking together or restoring, racing and showing classic muscle cars.
