Kim has been with Hall, Kistler since 1975 and has extensive experience in providing auditing, accounting, tax and consulting services for closely held businesses. He has experience with clients involved in oil and gas exploration and development, various kinds of not-for-profit organizations, manufacturing, wholesale/retail, and construction. Kim also has experience working with publicly held companies. Kim’s experience extends into the audit and administration of qualified retirement plans, estate and gift tax planning, business succession planning, and individual income tax preparation and planning. Kim earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and his undergraduate degree from Muskingum College (magna cum laude). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Oil and Gas Association and the Council of Petroleum Accountant’s Societies-Appalachia. Kim is a Stark County Parks District Board Commissioner, participates in the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Magnolia Lions Club, and the Magnolia United Methodist Church. He is a member of the United Way of Central Stark County Corporate Volunteer Council and is a volunteer for the United Way Annual Campaign. Kim is a board member of The First Tee of Canton, a member of the Canton Estate Planning Council and the Stark Community Foundation Trust and Estate Planning Committee. |
