After working part-time at Hall, Kistler & Company in the area of tax preparation, Katie joined the firm full time in 2005. With a concentration in the area of tax, her experience includes partnerships, corporations, individual trusts and estates. She also has experience in non-profits, bookkeeping and payroll.
Katie earned her Masters of Taxation from the University of Akron and her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ohio State University and serves on the firms' tax committee. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Tax and Estate Planning Council of Akron
